CASE PRESENTATION
Dr. K received a call from one of the residents at the hospital emergency department. His patient, Mrs. B, was going to be admitted due to chest pain, shortness of breath, and poorly controlled blood pressure. Dr. K had been concerned about Mrs. B for several months.
