In Part I of this series (Clinical Geriatrics 2004;12[11]: 17-25), the authors presented the case of Mrs. Edna Wilson, a healthy, community-dwelling 82-year-old woman with mild hypertension, osteoarthritis, and hypercholesterolemia, and asked physicians to consider how they could help her maintain her successful aging.
